1. Mrs Ranjana Mishra, Chairperson
She is an active worker of voluntary organisation. Apart from looking after her agriculture and family, she is involved in the organisational works. She has expertise in direct work with the community and provides her services as a trainer.
2. Mrs Mamta Jain, Secretary/Convenor
She is the founder and convenor of the organisation. She is associated with Nehru Yuva Kendra and several other organisations since 1979. She is an expert trainer and community organiser. She has worked in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan and has got opportunity to learn, teach and present her experiences at the international levels.
3. Mrs Rajabeti Adivasi, Co-convenor
She is associated with the organisation for the last 15 years and at present is the convenor of the organisation.
4. Mr Vishnukant Joshi, Treasurer
He is associated with the social sector for the last 11 years and is an expert in several aspects of community development. He is also expert in reaching appropriate messages to the community through cultural activities.
5. Mr Jagdish Narain Sharma, Member Consultant
He is working as a teacher in Jaipur, Rajashtan. He has an identity of working for the last 20 years in the area. He is associated with Nehru Yuva Kendra and is a grassroots volunteer.
6. Ms Almelu Bahen, Member Consultant
She is associated with several national and international organisations engaged in the development work in the country. She had been associated with major organisations like Oxfam, Lucknow and Delhi, and South-South Solidarity. She is well known for her social services and experiences.
7. Mr Jayanti Mani, Member
He is a chartered accountant by profession. He is an active member of several organisations, clubs and federations. He is known for social activities, community development schemes and experiences.
8. Mrs Malti Goswami, Member
While still being in the government services, she has an identity in social service for the past 20 years. She is an able and popular trainer in the fields of health, gender and education, particularly basic educatin.
9. Mrs Neelam Verma, Member
She is associated with voluntary sector for the last 10 years and has long experience in linking women with income generation activities and keeping them active.
