Capacity Building
Vidha organises training for community and voluntary organisations both.
The organisation imparts training on all the issues which are necessary for the community empowerment. Issue based training for capacity building of the workers associated with Vidha and other voluntary organisations are also held.
Vidha has a seven member training team, which is headed by the organisation's secretary/convenor. It also has two training halls, measuring 1,250 sq ft with toilets, lawns and parking facilities
Training infrastructure includes furniture, durrie, crockery, black board, white board, camera, musical instruments, tape recorder, sound system, etc.
